Wow, congratulations in the book being published, how exciting! Yes, wouldn't it be encouraging if you have people cheering and clapping every time you achieved a goal!
Those are really great goals, both the fandom and non fandom ones. The world we are waking up in this year is not the one we woke up in this time last year. We have learned so much, and been made to rethink our own assumptions and ideas. One saying I've heard so much over the past few months is 'if you can be anything, be kind', and the world definitely needs some love and healing at the moment.
