marzipan77As the Goa'uld Ba'al on Stargate SG-1, he was the best of the baddies. Not just a one note villain, Ba'al was smart, funny, and always seemed to know which side to stand on, which side would inevitably win.
With fans, Cliff Simon was amazing. Friendly, funny, he'd talk for hours, and seemed genuinely concerned about the fan experience.
Although 58 is far too young to lose him, Cliff died doing something he loved, out in nature, living life to the fullest. As fans, we grieve, lifting his family and friends up and hoping his new location is a happy one.
